Family Law Paralegal The candidate will draft pleadings. Prepare discovery. File documents with the court. Prepare trial exhibits. Perform other paralegal responsibilities as required. Pertinent educational background including an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies required. 5+ years of family law experience in Ohio and excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills required. Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel applications required.
