Corporate Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of business and transactional experience with a Bar License; experience drafting business formation and operation documents, leases, and contracts; experience in mergers and acquisitions and real estate would be a plus; strong research and writing skills are required; keep a calm composure in a collegial atmosphere and a responsive professional approach to client interaction is a must. Should have a desire to grow their practice in the firm as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
