Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include: Working collaboratively with lead counsel as well as independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation claims and defence of such claims. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and maintain level of organization of a case providing status reports to clients. Be competent in legal research, evaluating claims and defences to claims. Experience and comfortable with court appearances trial experience a plus. JD from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice in the State. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience.
