Attorney Development Coordinator The candidate will assist in feedback collection process, prepare and update status of annual associate reviews via trackers and lists, prepare and distribute review file materials and respond to related review inquiries, and schedule review meetings. Coordinate with Applications Team to maintain evaluation processes in viDesktop system. Partner with Attorney Development Managers on attorney promotion processes. Schedule reviews for first, mid- and senior-level associates in dedicated practice area. Support the organization of associate promotion materials and process. Work with coordinators and managers to prepare a team calendar that tracks all reviews scheduled for the year. Maintain master review excel chart for dedicated practice area. Establish a process for organizing associate profiles on Vi and maintain for specialty groups. Develop, implement and assist in the management of schedules and calendars. Assist Attorney Development Managers with day-to-day and cyclical reporting. Schedule, prepare and distribute materials for practice group quarterly/other recurring meetings and manage meeting notes and action items. Support Attorney Development team by providing resources and information concerning associate development initiatives. Liaise with Legal Learning & Development team to help ensure the successful implementation of the firm's core training curriculum. Serve as a resource to associates for questions regarding their individual development, as well as Firm benchmarks and resources (staffing, hours, policies, benefits). Assist in the development of various newsletters and other communications initiatives. Assist with any other key Attorney Development initiatives to be implemented in the practice group, including the coordination and roll-out of the practice group's key mentoring initiative - Associate Development Teams. Bachelor's Degree is required. Should preferably have 2+ years of Professional Development or HR-related experience in a fast-paced environment. Law firm experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. Experience with viDesktop is preferred.
