Land Use Attorney The candidate must have substantial experience and demonstrable success in all aspects of land use law, including comprehensive plans, zoning, subdivision regulations and related environmental issues. Will work with real estate attorneys on development projects. Representation also includes meeting all environmental, public participation, and legal prerequisites for comprehensive plan amendments, zoning amendments and interpretation, land division, public improvement requirements, and environmental reviews. Florida Bar license required. Florida Bar Certification in relevant area is preferred.
