Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will advocate on behalf of public sector labor unions and employees. This position involves both labor and employment litigation. Desirable candidates reflect a demonstrated commitment to work in public service or on behalf of those employees in need of effective representation. Preference is for experienced litigators with 3+ years of experience including significant practice time within labor or employment law. Must be a service-oriented candidate with a strong work ethic.
