Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be assisting in the representation of the plaintiff in all company. Duties include assisting attorneys, proactive and responsive client contact, contact with insurance companies, adjusters and defense attorneys, maintenance of file, generation of documents, requisition of medical records and bills, medical reviews, file organization and drafting documents for litigation. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal experience. Personal Injury experience preferred.
