Associate Attorney The candidate should have experience working in a fast pace, high volume environment. Should have experience creating persuasive communications materials. Should have strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action and determine next steps. Should have strong motivation, demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, to work independently and as part of a team. Should have computer and word processing skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with research on the internet. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. 3+ years of experience in the Creditors Rights or Collection fields preferred. Should have Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.). Must be licensed in state of Texas. Should have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Subrogation or insurance experience a plus.
