Trust & Estates/Elder Law Associate Attorney The candidate will be consulting with clients and preparation of estate planning documents. All aspects of administering estates and trusts, including Surrogate s Court practice. Consulting with clients and preparing long term care plans. Application of Medicaid Rules and Regulations to client situations. Real estate conveyances. The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree from Accredited Law School. New York State Bar admission required. Must have 2+ years of trust and estate planning/administration and/or Elder Law experience.
