Government Attorney The candidate should be an experienced attorney to join the government practice group. Should have 3 years of experience in the following: real estate transactions; land use and zoning; contract negotiation, review and drafting; economic development; leases, licenses and intergovernmental agreements. General municipal experience, including familiarity with Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act and the ability and willingness to attend Board meetings a plus.
