Estate Planning, Probate Attorney The candidate will work directly with clients in developing estate plans, probating estates, asset protection and Medicaid planning. Will maintain client matter organization for all assigned clients. Manage client communication including mailings, telephone calls, and email. Draft and edits pleadings, eestate plans, and correspondence to clients and courts as needed. Ensure assigned files progress towards completion in a timely manner. Assist senior estate planning and administration attorneys with special projects. The candidate should be Licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice law. Must have 2+ years of practicing law in any area of law, with the most recent year in Texas. Strong proofreading and editing skills essential. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both on the telephone and in person needed. Proficiency in a PC environment, with experience in both word processing and spreadsheet software essential. Strongly prefer Wealthdox experience.
