Paralegal The candidate will work in a law office handing complex personal injury and product liability litigation. This position is for a full- time paralegal in the asbestos department. Duties will include motion and pleading practice, lien resolution assistance, and petitions. Training and supervision will be provided by the attorneys and the legal staff. Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Computer proficiency is expected. Experience preferred. Strong writing and organizational skills expected. E-filing knowledge is a plus.
