Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys in the personal injury and medical malpractice areas. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Should have proficiency in applying the court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts. Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical, financial, and other case-related documents and records is required. Well-developed writing and research skills are needed. Should have experience drafting pleadings, discovery and routine correspondence. Experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems is essential. Prior nurse paralegal and trial experience is a plus.
