Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years experience in business immigration. Should have strong drafting, proofreading, communication and organizational skills. Must produce high-quality work with limited attorney supervision and provide exceptional customer service. Should have an ability to work under deadlines on a broad range of NIV and IV petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 and Adjustment of Status.
