Trusts and Estates Attorney The candidate should have a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. CPA background or Accounting degree is strongly preferred. An LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning is also preferred. Must have some relevant experience. Admission to practice law in Arizona, Colorado or Nevada required (or willingness to sit for the Bar or otherwise qualify for admission). Should preferably have a moderate portable book of business and experience with an emphasis in trust administration, probate and estate tax return preparation.
