Associate Attorney The candidate will draft transactional and litigation documents, providing strategic planning for cases and working with cross-functional teams to deliver in a wide variety of corporate and business law/real estate matters. Must have excellent legal writing and research skills. Will have substantive exposure to a wide variety of litigation-related tasks, reporting directly to the Senior Associate. (ex. Performing legal research, analyzing case strategy and issues, drafting documents, observing litigation events such as hearings or depositions, and participating in strategy meetings.) Must be licensed attorney in California preferably with 2 years of experience.
