Associate Attorney The candidate will be managing the firm's EOIR Immigration Court caseload from start to finish. Preparing written pleadings, relevant motions, prosecutorial discretion requests, and applications for relief. Facilitating document collection. Review all EOIR filings prior to submission. {repairing clients for hearings. Appearing at hearings; and, keeping staff up-to-date on EOIR procedures. Managing a portion of the firm's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ( USCIS ) caseload. Managing the firm's USCIS cases which require interviews (mainly applications to adjust status and naturalization). Should have 1-3 years of experience in the immigration field. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and licensed to practice law in at least one state. Should be self-motivated to perform in a high-volume, high-quality firm and is eager to learn and take direction.
