Paralegal (Entry Level) - Real Estate Finance and Investment The candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions, closings and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. Will manage and assist with the closing of various transactions, including preparation, coordination and organization of closing binders. Work directly with attorneys and clients during due diligence and closing of transactions. Assist attorneys to index, organize documents, correspondence, memorandums, attorney notes. Duplicate and redact documents. Draft memos regarding the status of projects. Should have Four year college degree. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to or have taken the LSAT and plan to attend law school within the next 2 to 3 years.
