Legal Secretary/Assistant Temporary Part Time The candidate's responsibilities include: Transcription; Scheduling; Maintaining calendars; Creating legal documents; Maintain court dockets and rosters; Answer phone, filing, creating files; Provide support to Paralegals and Attorneys as requested; Other duties as assigned. 3+ years experience working in a law firm required. Thorough understanding of the litigation process required. Ability to prioritize required. Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc ) and other legal software applications required. Professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills required. Must be flexible with the ability to handle a large caseload in a fast paced environment. Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail required.
