Bankruptcy/Corporate Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years experience in bankruptcy and other transactional legal work. Will have excellent organizational and grammatical skills and be detail oriented. Job tasks include: Contract and loan document preparation; Review of title, survey and corporate documents; Transactional legal work; File Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Cases and Responsible for Administration of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Cases; File Pleadings in Both Federal and State Courts; Prepare for all aspects of trial including discovery, pre-trial prep and attendance at trial.
