Demonstrated experience with workers compensation defense and deposition and motion practice is required. Must be a member of the Oregon State Bar; also Washington State Bar and California State Bar admissions desired. Performing workers compensation defense litigation, handle depositions, draft motions, and appear in court. Work on cases in a solo capacity, and liaise with clients and witnesses regularly.
