Attorney - Immigration The candidate will join a team of attorneys practicing immigration law. Will meet with clients for initial consultations. Review preliminary eligibility, provide the client with available legal options, develop legal strategy and will assist staff in completing necessary steps towards the legal needs of the case such as completing immigration forms, collecting necessary documents and conducting complex legal research to resolve concerns. Formulate written legal arguments to advocate for approval of various waivers and applications and will be comfortable representing applicants in front of immigration judges and officials. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. 1+ year experience in Bilingual and Immigration is required.
