Bankruptcy Paralegal - Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will coordinate with clients, gather documents, and prep petitions and cases efficiently.Jobs will be assigned as clients retain the firm and we start gathering docs and collecting materials for the cases. Will be in charge of preparing documents, answering client questions, organizing cases in best case and preparing the petitions for final review with the filing attorney. Must have experience preparing all of the schedules for at least 100 consumer bankruptcy cases. Should have excellent diction and an excellent grasp of the English language. Would take over all aspects of the case and of communicating with the client until have completed preparing the schedules. Must be able to communicate in writing via e-mail professionally. Should be extremely pleasant phone personality and ability to empathize with clients. Should be familiar with best case. Prior bankruptcy experience, knowledge is required. would file the petition and schedules and send out the initial post-filing mailings. At that point, primary paralegal responsibility for the file would be transferred to an on-site person.
