Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for: coordinating office activities for law firm by performing a variety of legal secretarial duties, such as greeting clients and general reception duties, scheduling hearings, preparing legal documents and correspondence, electronic filing and maintaining court dockets, client billing, providing information and direction to others, calendar management, and general office tasks. Must have 2-3 years of legal litigation and estate planning experience.
