Immigration Paralegal The candidate will, through in-person client interviews, help prepare immigration case files for clients. Will communicate daily with the attorneys regarding case status. Communicate with USCIS, the EOIR, ICE, CBP, and other government departments as required. Perform legal clerical work involving case files and records. Respond to client emails and telephone calls. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate is required. Must have 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience. Should preferably have experience with removal defense, asylum applications, adjustment of status, and citizenship. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proficiency with computer use and word processors is needed.
