Trademark Paralegal The candidate will perform a variety of duties that relate to organizing, preparing, filing, docketing and maintaining U.S. and foreign trademark and service marks. Will draft and/or prepare documents related to specialty area (i.e., documents related to domestic and foreign trademark filings and service marks, routine correspondence to the USPTO, foreign agents, clients, etc.); work closely with docketing staff on daily "finals" docket; review documents to be filed in connection with US and foreign trademark and services mark applications; review trademark prosecution files to ensure consistency in file management according to established group practice and other related duties. A Bachelor degree or equivalent in specialized training in the intellectual property area required with 5+ years of trademark experience. Foreign trademark experience a plus.
