Associate Attorney The candidate must have (3) years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters. Possesses strong knowledge of procedural requirements for all major business nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes. Should have a client service mindset with attention to detail and a desire to achieve a high level of productivity. Experience in a high volume practice is preferred with paralegal management as well as experience with global immigration. Strong computer, organizational and writing skills required as well as superior attention to detail. Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook a plus.
