Immigration Paralegal The candidate will effective, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication with firm employees, clients and outside agencies, High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in the completion of legal support duties. Effective and efficient in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and supporting multiple attorneys. Demonstrated experience in legal research and drafting legal pleadings. 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal is preferred. Experience desired; Experience in immigration law and practice, Experience in local, state and federal court litigation, Experience in local, state and federal appellate practice. Experience interacting with state and federal agencies. Must have [roficiency in computer skills is required (MS Word, Adobe). Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based case management software is preferred. Spanish fluency is required.
