Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate responsibilities include : word processing briefs, correspondence memoranda; document management for complex litigation matters; calendaring; e-filing; assisting attorneys with cases including some client contact. Bachelor s degree preferred. Knowledge of federal and state court filing requirements. Should have excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Windows, and Outlook and excellent grammar, proofreading, spelling and English composition skills as well as Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have 5 years of experience in defense Litigation.
