Paralegal The candidate will work for law firm focusing primarily on family law, including dissolution of marriage actions, paternities, domestic violence restraining orders, complicated and high conflict custody disputes, child support, spousal support, division of property, etc. Should preferably have 1 year of experience in family law. Duties will include all aspects of running a small law firm, including answering phones, taking messages, scheduling court appearances, sending out court notices, setting up files, sending out enclosure letters, preparing documents, filing, and file clean up.
