Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of litigation and affirmative filing experience in Immigration law. Should have detailed knowledge of relief forms such as Cancellation of Removal, Waivers of Inadmissibility, Asylum/Withholding and CAT before EOIR and be comfortable handling master and individual hearings in these cases. Should also have experience representing individuals before USCIS in Applications for Adjustment of Status and Naturalizations and preparing clients for interviews. Must have strong writing and analytical skills in the preparation of appeal briefs and motions to reconsider/reopen to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office.
