Associate Attorney The candidate' must have 3+ years of experience. The attorney will be tasked with management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with the support of a strong staff and a collaborative work environment. The chosen candidate will work to help scale the firm's employment practice, to service the ever-growing number of Californians who have been illegally discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to an unfair hostile work environment and/or wrongfully terminated. Although experience in employment law is helpful, we are also interested in working with and developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena. Experience: litigation: 3 years (Required); License/Certification: license to practice law in California (Required).
