Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years experience. Should be a skilled litigation paralegal with experience in managing document production and use at trial to work with our trial team. Responsibilities will include participation in all phases of the litigation process, including preparation of subpoenas, propounding written discovery, responding to written discovery, trial preparation, and trial participation. Should be a great teammate, organized, detail-oriented, a strong editor of written legal work, and highly proficient at using electronic systems in complex business litigation. Substantial experience managing electronic documents and data in both the pre-trial and trial phases with appropriate software is also important to success in the position.
