Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting and/or reviewing pleadings, defending and drafting motions, discovery demands/ responses, expert exchanges and other correspondence. Conducting and defending depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, non-party witnesses, and experts. Case management, problem-solving analytical and knowledgeable approaches to advocacy. Court appearances, Mediations and Arbitrations, Trials, Appeals. The candidate should have 3 years of personal injury experience. Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing required. Must be able to handle and manage all aspects of an automobile accident, labor law, and premises cases.
