Tax Paralegal The candidate will assist on preparation and review of tax returns and related schedules. Will assist on preparation of tax projections. Preparation of complex analyses and reconciliations. Identification of various transactions and tax-related issues. Research of various transactions and tax-related issues. Flexibility and willingness to work in other practice areas as needed. Meet minimum 1650 hour annual billable requirement. Maintain confidentiality of client information; and Other duties as assigned. Must have 3+ years of tax preparation experience with a preference in a law firm or accounting firm environment. Must have accounting background with emphasis in the preparation, review and analysis of personal, corporate and estate tax returns. Must have knowledge of industry standard electronic platforms to file the necessary tax papers. Strong writing and editing skills is required. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred. CPA certification desirable and Paralegal certificate desirable.
