International Trade & Regulatory - Staff Attorney The candidate will handle an array of antidumping, countervailing, and other trade remedy cases, and has an active customs practice engaged on customs penalty and liquidated damages cases, prior disclosures, binding ruling requests, protests, and audits with an emphasis on disputes and compliance matters involving tariff classification, valuation, and free trade agreements. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials 2+ years experience in trade remedy and customs matters. Experience in export controls and sanctions (EAR, ITAR, OFAC) will also be valued by this full service international trade practice. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
