Associate Attorney--Immigration and Injury Law The candidate must be admitted to practice in Connecticut. This position carries a strong preference for attorneys that speak and write Spanish. 1 year or previous legal clinic work in immigration, trial practice or a similar area is required. This position has a heavy concentration in personal injury claims and removal (deportation) defense work in Immigration Court, juvenile petitions, political asylum applications, appellate work, legal brief writing and family-based visa petitions. Must be experienced and comfortable appearing in Connecticut State Courts and immigration courts. Requires own transportation.
