Research and Writing Attorney The candidate must have experience in both state and federal court. The position will involve the candidate managing and prioritizing multiple simultaneous assignments and working with multiple attorneys. Writing assignments will include the following motions: informal and formal discovery, suppression, demurrers, bail, 995, forfeitures, pre-trial 402s, sentencing memorandum, and expungements.
