Immigration Attorney (Removal Defense) The candidate will assist our office with our removal defense caseload, as well as our affirmative humanitarian-based caseload (Affirmative Asylum, VAWA, U visas, TPS, and Complex Family-Based Immigration). Work both independently and with a team of attorneys and paralegals. Eligibility to practice law. At least one year of removal defense experience. Spanish fluency (or strong proficiency) is required. Ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds. Excellent writing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to immigrants rights are required.
