Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage personal injury litigation files (automobile and trucking) from start to finish, Draft and respond to discovery and motions, Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations and trial, Schedule depositions and case hearings as requested, Draft deposition summaries and medical chronologies, Serve as the primary point of contact for litigation clients, Experience handling personal injury litigation files from start to finish (strong preference given to candidates with truck litigation experience), Extensive experience filing case documents electronically in Federal and State Courts, Experience drafting pleadings and discovery responses are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office software are required.
