Paralegal The candidate will be performing all secretarial/paralegal services, act as executive assistant and coordinate the day-to-day business of the firm. Will be typing and editing documents, including typing via dictation. Collating and preparing legal documents for Court. Calendar management - keeping track of important deadlines and tasks. Managing and maintaining databases and filing systems. Taking notes and memos, acting as a first point of contact, fielding phone calls and email correspondence. Liaising with clients and suppliers. The candidate should have prior relevant experience, including 1+ year, must be a college educated. Must accurately type 70+ words per minute and be capable in electronic and hard copy file storage with an expert knowledge and 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, Excel and general computer/database capabilities. Should be familiar with drafting and revising legal documents, financial documents on Excel or similar software and general correspondence.
