Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years relevant experience. Experience working with clients in Oregon, Washington, and California a plus. The candidate's duties include: Customized estate planning; Probate and trust administration; Gift and estate tax returns; Entity formation, governance and administration; Basic real estate transactions and deeds; Taxation and exempt organizations; Charitable and business succession planning; and Inter-generational wealth transfers. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Strict adherence to confidentiality is required. Baccalaureate degree required. Certificate from ABA-accredited paralegal training program preferred. Significant estate planning experience may substitute for the paralegal certificate.
