Landlord Attorney Responsibilities: Client intake and screening. Manage caseload of all unlawful detainer cases of the firm, as well as additional litigation and transnational matters, as-needed. Prepare required pleadings, motions, meet court deadlines, and keep calendar appointments. Taking depositions and trial experience are a must. Develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants. Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients, including some marketing responsibilities. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in California. Trial experience including residential and commercial unlawful detainer. Spanish-speaking is appreciated.
