Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Will manage civil litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, settling claims, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent experience for clients. Responsibilities: Court Appearances, Depositions, General Litigation, Draft Pleadings; Maintain client relationships; Prepare legal reports and documents. Must be a Member in good standing with Georgia Bar. Should have 1-3 Years Civil Litigation experience and prior experience handling Personal Injury matters.
