Associate Attorney (litigation) The candidate's duties will include : Detailed legal research; Comprehensive client reporting; Effectively managing deadlines & shifting priorities; Case development and formulating defense strategy; Conducting fact investigation, client meetings, witness interviews; Taking and defending depositions. Participating in oral argument at hearings and trial. Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, responsive discovery. Collaborating on legal projects and case strategy. Should be Licensed to practice in Texas. Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience; Doctorate (Required). Experience of 2 years (Preferred), State Bar License (Required). Should possess experience in analyzing, researching, and briefing complex legal issues. Must have the ability to formulate litigation strategies for various types of cases, and effectively prioritize and manage ongoing deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
