Corporate Attorney The candidate should be a member of the Firm's Corporate practice group. This is a full-time position and may be in either the Austin office or Houston office. Responsibilities of the position will include: advising clients on corporate governance and structure matters; negotiating and drafting company agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents; and handling M&A transactions, private placement and bank financings, and private investments. Title and compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience. Should be Licensed in the State of Texas. Should have demonstrated business development experience and success. Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Should have strong research and writing skills.
