Personal Injury Pre-Suit Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably with a personal injury or insurance defense firm and excellent written and verbal communication. Experience in demand writing is essential. Must have understanding of negotiation with adjusters. Must understand subrogation and interplay with health insurance providers/Medicare. Understanding of Personal Injury Protection/Bodily Injury/Uninsured Motorist is essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
