Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury The candidate will assist in all aspects of the personal injury practice from initial intake to trial including, but not limited to: intake, handling of no-fault, processing of and reviewing medical records, discovery, preparation of legal documents, including, Summons and Complaint, Bills of Particulars, discovery demands and responses, motions, as well as RJIs and Notes of Issue. Individual would also be responsible for assisting attorneys with trial preparation, such as drafting subpoenas. Responsibilities include heavy communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense firms. Must have 2 years experience in the personal injury field. Spanish speaking is a plus. Experience with Word, Excel, E-Courts, E-Filing, and TrialWorks (or other personal injury database) is required.
