Foreclosure Attorney The candidate will handle a foreclosure and eviction caseload for national lenders and servicers. Review and approve of pleadings and motions. Attend court matters in person and telephonically. Help manage department staff. AV-rated Creditors Rights law firm with a focus limited to debt collection, foreclosure, and bankruptcy. Should have a law degree. Ohio license is required. Must have 2+ years of experience working in the foreclosure practice. Experience in residential and commercial foreclosure is needed. Knowledge and experience in consumer and commercial debt collection are a plus. Experience with the FDCPA, and understand compliance regulations promulgated by the CFPB is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BKFS, and Tempo is a plus. The ability to travel throughout the state is needed. Strong computer, communication, written, oral, and listening skills are required. Must be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to customer service. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and display an attitude that no task is too small to get the job done and serve the client. Must be familiar with GSE rules and requirements. Also, need to spend a smaller portion of time addressing unsecured collection matters.
