Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in litigation, specifically in the following areas: commercial real estate, corporate transactions, leases, development and construction; corporate and LLC formation, preparation of operating and shareholder agreements and other corporate governance documents; and asset and stock sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions. Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Experience working with Orion and Worldox is preferred.
